Arriving Late

Cancellations

Please notify me with a phone call if you are running late for your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining available time.

If you are at least 15 minutes late and I haven’t heard from you, your appointment will be treated as a NO SHOW and fees may apply.

I require 24hrs notice for cancellations.  If less than 24hrs is given, fees will apply 

No Show

Please be courteous and notify me if you cannot make your appointment.


Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelations within 24 hours will be charge 100% of the scheduled service.

Refunds

I do not offer refunds on services. I do, however, offer a guarantee on all of my eyelashes. If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear eyelash extensions, I will remove them free of charge.

Allergies

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact me immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to my products, please let me know before your appointment. A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment. Simply phone or email me with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, I will remove the lashes free of charge. *See refund policy.

Refills

If at any time you have less than 35% of your extensions per eye, the purchase of a full set will be required.
